🌟What is a prototype?
We refer to a solution we have built out for you in Smartsheet as a prototype. A completed prototype will be ready for you to test drive and review. Once approved by you, then you will be given Smartsheet ownership, and it will be ready to be used by you and your team.
🌟How soon after I submit a request will I see a prototype?
Generally, within 24 to 72 hours depending on the type and complexity of request.
🌟What if my prototype is not what I asked for?
If the prototype is not just right, then we will continue to work with you until it is.
🌟Is there a limit to how many jobs I can request with my subscription?
No. You can enter in as many Smartsheet job requests as you want. But only one job will be worked on until completion before another is started. You can choose to prioritize your queue and rearrange the priority at any time.
🌟Why would I hire you?
We are a cost-effective option to Smartsheet Support. We are readily available and provide a quick turnaround time.
🌟What does it mean if my job request was canceled or denied?
You can choose to cancel a job at anytime even if it is currently being worked on. The reasons for your cancelations are up to you. But a courtesy reason will be requested.
We can deny a job submittal if the solution being requested is not possible with the scope of features of Smartsheet. For example, if you put in your queue that you want us to bake you some cookies, that request would be denied by us because we cannot bake cookies within Smartsheet.
🌟How does the pause feature work?
You may pause your subscription at any time, whether for one month or multiple months (up to 3 months). For example: If you need services in January but anticipate a slow February, you can pause for February and resume again in March. During the pause the monthly subscription rate is not billed, until you resume, or until after the pause period allowed has expired. The subscription pause period is good for only a three-month period of total time for a 12 month subscription.
🌟What is the difference between pausing and cancelling my subscription?
Pausing allows you to preserve your subscription and take a break by pausing the monthly subscription rate. It also preserves your job queue, and you can have access to it while your subscription is on pause to add and modify.
Cancelling your subscription will result in losing access to your job queue and removes you from the billing cycle. But, you can rejoin again at any time.
🌟Does pausing extend my subscription term?
No. The subscription is time-bound, for a 12-month time period. Pausing does not extend that clock. Example: If you purchased a 12-month subscription and only use 9 months (max subscription pause period of 3 months) your subscription doesn't extend out for three months.
🌟When do I need to notify you if I want to pause an upcoming month?
You can freeze the following month up to one week before the next month begins.
🌟Is my monthly price locked in for the entire subscription term?
Yes. Your monthly fee remains fixed for the entire duration of your subscription term.
🌟Why choose a subscription plan?
Your subscription provides unlimited Smartsheet solution administration and design hours each month for one flat monthly fee based on your support tier chosen. There is no cap on hours, tasks, or requests.
🌟What happens if I cancel the subscription early?
If you return in the future, services will be billed at the current hourly rate, not the previously discounted subscription rate.
🌟Do I need to sign an agreement to start?
No. Subscription tiers do not require an MSA to be signed. Only custom enterprise services require an MSA and often times a Statement of work.
