We refer to a solution we have built out for you in Smartsheet as a prototype. A completed prototype will be ready for you to test drive and review. Once approved by you, then you will be given Smartsheet ownership, and it will be ready to be used by you and your team

If the prototype is not just right, then we will continue to work with you until it is.
No. You can enter in as many Smartsheet job requests as you want. But only one job will be worked on until completion before another, or the next in line is started. You can choose to prioritize your queue and rearrange the priority at any time.
We are a cost-effective option to Smartsheet Support. We are readily available and provide a quick turnaround time. We cut out the requirements gathering, scope documents, and contracts and get right to it by providing the solution prototype to you within a few days.
This means that the solution you requested is not possible within the scope of features of Smartsheet. For example, if you put in your queue that you want us to bake you some cookies, that request would be denied or canceled because we cannot bake cookies within Smartsheet.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Pausing your subscription allows you to pause the billing cycle.
Let’s say it’s the 1st of the month. You sign up for a subscription with us and you submit three jobs. Those jobs are then completed by the 20th of the month. You can put your subscription on pause if you have no more requests. Two months down the line you have some other Smartsheet jobs you need done, you then can unfreeze your subscription and you will have 11 days that will be rolled over to your new billing subscription cycle. So instead of your subscription due on the 1st of the month as it was initially set to, it will be due 11 days later.
Pausing allows you to preserve your subscription and roll over the amount of time to a new billing cycle. It also preserves your job queue, and you can have access to it while your subscription is on pause to add and modify.
Cancelling your subscription will result in losing access to your job queue and removes you from the billing cycle, and you will forfeit the ability to use paused rollover time. But you can rejoin at any time again very easily.
There will be no refunds due to the high quality nature and time that goes into our work.
